Today we are experiencing challenging times in our various communities, nation, and the world. However, as children of God, we should not be dismayed because “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” (Psalm 46:1). Places of worship have been transformed in various ways and have been creative, in an effort to continue seeking the Lord and doing His will.

Presently, services are facilitated by “live stream” on our website on Sunday mornings and "limited" in-person congregation. Also, Zoom meetings are held on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, to teach, elevate, and comfort each other (1 Thessalonians 5:11) through prayers, scriptures, and songs.

Moving forward, due to the widespread outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and safety mandates handed down from the State of Florida and local authorities, First United has limited the number of individuals at our regular gatherings and required registration from attendees.
